Overall Experience – 27+ Years:

More than twenty-two years of progressive experience in the field of Project Management, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Procurement Management of Goods, Works and Services.
Working experience with Government of Bangladesh (GoB), World Bank (International Development Agency- IDA) and Asian Development Bank (ADB) funded Projects and Royal Government of Bhutan for more than 18 years as well as in the private sector organizations for about 5 years.
Experience in the field of Training – 19+ Years:

My knowledge on ICT, Procurement and Project Management-related subjects give me the opportunity to conduct and coordinate lot of training courses in different fields of ICT, Procurement and Project Management, such as PPR 2003/2008, Procurement Management, Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Linux, Networking, Database Management System using Oracle, MIS, Hardware Maintenance and Troubleshooting, e-Governance, Supply Chain Management, e-GP etc.

Experience in the field of ICT  & Public Procurement– 19+ Years:

Worked as e-GP Expert of Royal Government of Bhutan for implementation of e-GP System of Bhutan on behalf of Dohatec New Media.  Reviewed Procurement Rules and Regulations and Standard Bidding Documents of Royal Government of Bhutan in view to establish e-GP System (Electronic Government Procurement) of Bhutan. Prepared SRS for e-GP System and recommended BPR of the existing Procurement System of Royal Government of Bhutan.
Worked as Senior IT Consultant of SEQAEP from January 2013 to February 2015. Maintained database of the project, prepared various ACFs, administered the LAN and WLAN of the project, worked as Webmaster of the project (seqaep.gov.bd), maintained the mail and web-server of the project. Provided day-to day hardware and software related issues to the project officials. Prepared statistical, graphical presentations for the project.
Worked as Public Procurement Specialist of Dohatec New Media for the IDA funded e-GP Project of CPTU, IMED, Ministry of Planning. Provided support to the software development team to prepare Software Requirements Specification (SRS) & System Design (SD) for e-GP (electronic Government Procurement) in line with PPA 2006 (Public Procurement Act) and PPR 2008 (Public Procurement Rules). Prepared Software user manual and provided training to the users.
Working as Head of Computer Services Division of Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM). I had designed and established the Network of the organization and administered the Network. Currently I am conducting different training courses on Information Technology and e-Governance, delivering lectures to the Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science (PGDCS) students on Database Management System and Operating System (Linux). I had designed the website of BIM (www.bim.org.bd) and working as Webmaster of the organization. Designed the Student Database of Diploma courses and processing the results of the Diploma Courses conducted by BIM. Maintained the Student and Alumni Database of BIM. 

Worked as Networking Consultant of IDA funded ISBBPB (Institutional Strengthening of BEPZA, Board of Investment, Privatization Commission and BSCIC) Project. In BSCIC, I had Designed, installed and implemented Networking System of BSCIC throughout the country which included Head Office consisting of 4 adjacent buildings at Motijheel, Regional and District offices with a view to support e-governance and automation in BSCIC activities. I had also supported the project authority in implementing the Database Software and Management Information System (MIS) Software and supervised the installation of all Hardware and Software of the organization.
Worked in the GOB funded “Development of Infrastructure for IT Applications Project” of Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) for about 4½ years. Was responsible to maintain Access Server, Firewall Server, DNS Server, Mail Server and the Web Server of the Project. During the job in BCC I had provided ICT-related advisory services (e.g. Preparation of Specification for Procurement of ICT Equipments, Evaluation of Tender documents, Preparation of Tender documents for procurement of ICT Services, Evaluation of Proposals, Recruitment of IT Manpower etc.) to different Ministries and Organizations of Government of Bangladesh.
